Himalayan Sea Salted Watermelon Salad

with Cambozola Flat Bread

Yield: 2 Cups



  • 4 C seedless watermelon cut in one inch cubes
  • ½ medium red onion, julienned
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes cut in half length wise
  • 2 oz Prosciutto ham, julienned
  • Two Snooty Chefs to taste
  • Black pepper to taste



  • 2 limes zested finely and juiced
  • ¼ C toasted sesame oil



  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • Zest of lime



  1. Combine watermelon, red onion, tomatoes, Prosciutto ham, Two Snooty Chefs Himalayan Sea Salt, and pepper in a bowl
  2. Combine sesame oil and lime juice – toss with salad ingredients
  3. Place in a service vessel and garnish with sesame seeds and lime zest
  4. Serve with Cambozola flat bread – spread crumbled cheese and sautéed garlic on flat bread and place under broiler or in hot oven until cheese melts
