Ingredients Yields 1 Serving

10 Ounce New York Steak
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. Two Snooty Chefs Kansas City Steak Gourmet Spice Blend
2 Tbsp. Stella Cadente's Everyday Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Procedure:

  1. Sear steak on both sides with Stella Cadente’s EEVOO.

  2. Mix Dijon mustard and Two Snooty Chefs Kansas City Steak gourmet spice blend.

  3. Place mustard blend on to top of steak and spread evenly. Bake at 400 degrees for desired doneness.


Hints
:

General Rule: A 400 degree oven will cook 1 inch of protein all the way through in 10 minutes. So if you want a rare steak, place in the oven for a few minutes, medium to medium rare 4-6 minutes.
