Brush, Coat & Cook Method
6 of our Gourmet Spice Blends: Salmon Chemisé, Ol’ Hickory BBQ, Southwest Sedona,
Herbs de Poulet Oo-La-La, Kansas City Steak and Oaxaca Molé, can be used with the Brush, Coat and Cook Method. Brush with Olive Oil, Coat with desired amount (1 Tbsp. of any of the gourmet spice blends listed above per 8 oz. of meat), then grill or bake.
Italianno de Capri
Cooking with Italianno de Capri is easy! For pasta dishes, add 1 Tablespoon per serving to cream & tomato sauces.
For pasta without a sauce, add 1 Tablespoon per serving off the heat. It is important that you don’t add Italianno de Capri directly to heat without a sauce. The tomato product will scorch!
You can also use Italianno de Capri as a condiment. Sprinkle on top of pizza, add flavor to your salads, cooked vegetables, dips, or add to your favorite Italian dressings.
Seattle Seasonings Salt
Seattle Seasonings Salt will enhance the flavor to your appetizers, soup, salad, and entrées. It is an all-purpose blend so use it sparingly. You will find it has a prefect balance of herbs and spices.
Hungarian Ragôut
This old world favor is great for soups, hearty stews and crockery cooking. 1/2 teaspoon per cup. Use more if desired for intense flavor. |
