What are Gourmet Spice Blends? They are a unique blend of premium dried herbs and spices. Gourmet Spice Blends can be used in a variety of different culinary applications.
Brush, Coat & Cook Method: SIMPLY, Brush your food item lightly with olive oil, coat with our Gourmet Spice Blend, 1 Tablespoon for each 8 ounces of food item and then grill or bake until done.

Marinade: Use olive oil, and acid (eg. lemon juice or wine) and mix in our gourmet spice blend. Most proteins should be marinated for 4 - 24 hours.
Sauces, Soups & Stews: Use our gourmet spice blends to enhance the natural flavor of your dish. Use the gourmet spice blends as you would use salt and pepper; add to your own taste.

Salmon Chemise ~ Can be used with other seafood items such as sauteed prawns, baked halibut, shrimp, rock & black cod, steamed crab, mussels and clams.
Kansas City Steak ~ Great on beef but try grilled and baked pork and lamb, roasted or sauteed veal and steak fries.
Herbs de Poulet Oo-La-La ~ Turn ordinary chicken into a savory French delight. Also try Roasted Quail, Cornish Game Hens, Turkey and of course chicken. Try adding to your dumplings or into your favorite chicken salad recipe.
Ol' Hickory BBQ ~ WOW!! BBQ This spice blend is packed with BBQ flavor, great on pork, beef, chicken and salmon.
Southwest Sedona ~ A well balanced combination of spiciness with a little heat, finished with a cilantro and lime flavor. It is our all-purpose spicy blend; great with tacos, chili, fajitas, grilled pork, seafood, chicken and beef.
Seattle Seasonings Salts ~ Our all-purpose seasoning is great for boosting flavor and adding lots of color to any meal. Use it like salt and pepper at the end of the cooking time.
Hungarian Ragout ~ Old world flavor with smoked paprika and caraway. Try it on beef pot roast and hearty dishes like soups and stews.
Italianno de Capri ~ This great Italian blend can be used for all your Italian sauces and soups. Use it as a topping on pizza and marinated vegetables in your antipasto. Coat your chicken parmesan before breading and add to all your favorite pasta dishes.
