Ingredients Serves 20
1lb. cream cheese
3 eggs
1 1/2 lbs. sour cream
2 cups bread crumbs
6 ozs. Smoked or cooked salmon
1/2 cup of melted butter
3 tablespoons Two Snooty Chefs Salmon Chemisé
2 tablespoons Two Snooty Chefs Italianno de Capri
Kosher Salt and Pepper to taste
Procedure:
- Beat cream cheese until smooth and add eggs one at a time.
- Add sour cream and mix well.
- Mix in small diced salmon and Two Snooty Chefs Salmon Chemisé set a side.
- Mix melted butter, Italianno de Capri and bread crumbs and place evenly in 10 inch spring form pan.
- Pour cheesecake batter in pan and bake at 375º for 55 minutes.
- Cool and refrigerate.
- Serve with assorted crackers.
