Ingredients Serves 20

1lb. cream cheese
3 eggs
1 1/2   lbs. sour cream
2 cups bread crumbs
6 ozs. Smoked or cooked salmon
1/2 cup of melted butter
3 tablespoons Two Snooty Chefs Salmon Chemisé
2 tablespoons  Two Snooty Chefs Italianno de Capri
Kosher Salt and Pepper to taste

Procedure:

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth and add eggs one at a time.
  2. Add sour cream and mix well.
  3. Mix in small diced salmon and Two Snooty Chefs Salmon Chemisé set a side.
  4. Mix melted butter, Italianno de Capri and bread crumbs and place evenly in 10 inch spring form pan.
  5. Pour cheesecake batter in pan and bake at 375º for 55 minutes.
  6. Cool and refrigerate.
  7. Serve with assorted crackers.
