Ingredients Serves 4
8 ounces Cream Cheese
2 ounce Smoked Salmon
1 Tablespoon Salmon Chemisé
Procedure:

Cream cheese until smooth.

Cut Salmon into 1/4 pieces.

Add Two Snooty Chefs Salmon Chemisé.

Blend well.

Chill until service.
Tips: Serve on toasted rye bread, garnish with sliced red onions and capers.
