Ingredients Serves 4

8 ounces Cream Cheese
2 ounce Smoked Salmon
1 Tablespoon Salmon Chemisé

Procedure:

  1. Cream cheese until smooth.

  2. Cut Salmon into 1/4 pieces.

  3. Add Two Snooty Chefs Salmon Chemisé.

  4. Blend well.

  5. Chill until service.


Tips:
Serve on toasted rye bread, garnish with sliced red onions and capers.
